维基百科可以正常访问了？

今天突然发现维基百科可以正常访问了，而不再需要用以前的那个安全链接或者别的一些方法来访问了，不知道是GFW短暂的罢工还是吉米·威尔士来中国说服了中国官员，Donews曾经报道过他来中国了。
